‘Isla’ as we call her, Registered as Bennachie’s Charissa, is a purebred red Scottish Highland cow. Isla came from Bennachie Farms in Kimball, NE. Isla is a wonderful mannered cow, always happy to come up for treats. Isla is confirmed pregnant with a 2025 calf from Holy Cross Jack Hammer a ACHA registered black Bull. Isla is AHCA registered.

‘Fiona’ as we call her, Registered as Bennachie’s Kiarra, is a purebred red Scottish Highland cow. Fiona also came from Bennachie Farms in Kimball, NE. Isla is a wonderful mother, a super well-mannered cow, is also always happy to come up for treats. Fiona is also confirmed pregnant to Holy Cross Jack Hammer, for a 2025 calf! Fiona is AHCA registered.

‘Rain’ as we call her, CNB When It Rains, a purebred Scottish Highland heifer calf, is daughter to Brigadoon’s MacMhichail (#55954), and cow Fiona! Born in a rare Colorado rain storm, earned her name June 1, 2022, and she was our very first calf born on our farm. She had a rough first week of life, requiring resuscitation at birth, but has developed into a wonderful heifer! Rain was shown at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo January 2023, and she placed 3rd! Rain is confirmed pregnant with her first calf, out of Silva’s Chrome for a 2025 calving!

‘Persephone’ as we call her, MP’s Marlowe, a purebred Scottish Highland cow, is an exciting addition to our fold. She is a very light red, almost yellow colored cow. Persephone is confirmed pregnant with a Holy Cross Jack Hammer for a 2025 calf!

CNB Tenacity, aka Brighde (pronounced Bree-Duh), is our newest heifer calf out of our Bennachie’s Charissa. Brighde is an AHCA registered black heifer. Her sire is our Holy Cross Jack Hammer, his first calf! Brighde is the sweetest, most loving heifer! She loves her people! We are excited to bring her into the show ring in 2025 and keep her in our fold for future breeding!

Freya, a purebred Scottish Highland cow, is brindle in color. Unknown in her pedigree, we know she came from Evergreen, Colorado. Freya is confirmed pregnant to our very first bull calf, CNB Wallace (now owned by Graeme and Daryana Cowie) for a 2025 calf! Freya is an extremely friendly cow, loves to be brushed and even led around with a halter.

Daisy is a red Scottish Highland cross (Great Grand Dam was red angus) unregistered heifer. Daisy is a big, stout, girl who is apart of our beef producing fold. She is one of two ladies who are apart of our unregistered fold who are helping us achieve our beef producing goals on our ranch! Daisy is confirmed pregnant with a Holy Cross Jack Hammer calf for a 2025 calving!
