Scottish Highland cattle, a heritage breed of cattle originating in Scotland, is a meat breed cattle. Known for their long coats, they are exceptional cold winter cows. Due to their long coats and insulating properties, their meat is much leaner than that of other breeds, boasting 90%-95% lean! Their meat is also high in omega-3’s and lower in cholesterol. We raise all our cattle hormone and steroid free, as well as offering grass-fed beef. Not only do they produce amazing meat, they are extremely calm and wonderful mothers.
